By accessing or using the Vittorio Trading Chart Studio platform at www.vittorio-trading.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. The Service
Chart Studio is a technical-analysis charting platform providing candlestick charts, custom indicators (including Vittorio Ultimate and the Multi ORB System), watchlists, price alerts, and drawing tools across crypto, forex, commodities, indices, and equities. Market data is sourced from third-party providers (including Kraken, OKX, Gate.io, CoinGecko and Yahoo Finance) and may be real-time or delayed depending on the asset and your selected data feed.
3. Free Trial & Device Registration
New visitors receive an automatic device-based free trial with full platform access for a limited period. Your device is registered with our backend when you sign in, and this registration persists even if your browser storage is cleared. Trial terms may change at any time without notice.
4. No Investment Advice
All content on the Platform, including indicators, signals, ORB levels, and pivot points, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
5. Market Data Disclaimer
Market data may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Vittorio Trading does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data displayed and is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on such data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to disrupt the service, scrape data at scale, circumvent access controls or trial limitations, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The Vittorio Ultimate indicator, Multi ORB System, branding, and Platform code are the property of Vittorio Trading. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the Platform without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vittorio Trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
